These Terms of Use govern your use of cirilodb.com and the client and vendor portals operated by Cirilo Design + Build. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with its operation or security.

Consultations and proposals

Requesting a consultation does not create a contract. Any proposal becomes binding only when signed by you and accepted by Cirilo Design + Build. Pricing, scope, and timelines in a proposal are valid for the period stated in that proposal.

Portals and accounts

Access codes for the Owner Suite and Vendor Portal are personal to you. Keep them confidential. You are responsible for activity under your access. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Payments

Draw amounts, schedules, and accepted payment methods are defined in your signed agreement. Payment status shown in your portal is for convenience and does not replace your agreement or our records.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, renderings, text, and images, is owned by Cirilo Design + Build or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cirilo Design + Build is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits the warranty terms in your signed construction agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
